Small surprise: Anathema invites Cradle Of Filth for its concert with the Boarding (Evreux) with Sup and Lycosia. The two groups have appears it, of the friendship one for the other. Cradle Of Filth will make a set of about thirty minutes of its best titles, between Sup and Anathema.

CRADLE OF FILTH
, whose recently released long-form video PanDaemonAeon is currently riding high on the U.S. Billboard charts at #12 and, who are set to release their debut EP From The Cradle To Enslave on 1st of November 1999, have announced the new line-up for the band that will take them into the new Millennium.
Due to escalating musical and personal differences, CRADLE OF FILTH have parted ways with guitarist Stuart Anstis and keyboardist Les 'Lecter' Smith. These departures have led to the decision to bring back original guitarist Paul Allender, as well as Gian Pyres who returns after just a short break from the band.The band are currently immersed in writing and have described the new material as "exhilarating", having already broken the back of at least three tracks since the changes.
The confirmed CRADLE OF FILTH new line-up is as follows:

Dani Filth - Vocals
Robin Graves - Bass
Paul Allender - Guitars
Gian Pyres - Guitars and Swashbuckling
Adrian Erlandsson - Drums, Drinking and Womanising

The band are, however, still looking for a replacement keyboard player to join them for their forthcoming shows in France and the London Astoria on December 18th 1999 as part of the Kerrang! X-Fest, as well as joining the band permanently for the recording of their fifth full length album due for release in mid 2000.

CRADLE OF FILTH have lost two members as guitarist and songwriter Stuart Antsis has been sacked and keyboartds player Les 'Lecter' Smith has quit.
Speaking in the current issue of metal mag Kerrang! Antsis alleged that the band's singer Dani and their management had been conspiring to have him sacked for months.
"All Dani does is vandalise my songs," he said. "It's like taking your kids to have their heads kicked in."
Hew also said that he was upset over dance mixes of COF tracks because he hates techno.
But singer Dani Filth responded by saying: "I don't know why they can't just leave gracefully...It was personal and I didn't think anyone would have the gall to retaliate.."

COF's video "Pandaemoneon" is set for an August release. There was no specific date given and the US date is still unknown. On the video, there will be 2 versions of the video "From The Cradle To Enslave" plus "The Making Of The From The Cradle To Enslave", plus live footage from their show at the London Astoria last May. The songs are : Dusk And Her Embrace, Beneath The Howling Stars, Cruelty Bought Thee Orchids and Malice Through The Looking Glass. The vid will come with a 16-page booklet.

According to the latest declarations Dani Filth did for the Spanish metal magazine "Hell Awaits" on the past June 20th, the band has changed for the third time the drummer, the new one is Adrian Erlandsson (ex At The Gates, The Haunted) and it seems that he will be the definitive, as Dani said Was and Dave were just temporary replacements.
The new single "From the Cradle to Enslave" will include, apart from the new song "From the Cradle..." and the two versions (Anathema and Misfits), two old songs (one of them is "Funeral in Carpathia") recorded faster. The forthcoming full-length album is expected to be released in January.
Furthermore, C.O.F have been requested to make the music for a new game for "PlayStation".

Cradle of Filth have finished recording their promotional video. It is now set for a July release, coinciding with the release of their new single. The new single will be called "From the Cradle to Enslave" and will be the title track for the forthcoming album.
The rumor that Dani would leave the group is false.

It's said that Nick Barker is the one who plays drums in the new CD from Brujeria, the mexican-USA-England band, to be released soon.
